Renate Holland

Renate Holland (born February 23, 1952 in Zusmarshausen ) is a German bodybuilder and entrepreneur . Her greatest sporting success was world championship titles in 1985 and 1986.

Life

Holland learned the trade of retail saleswoman and worked for a while as a restaurateur on the Ammersee . She started bodybuilding at the age of 30 when she wanted to lose weight.

In her active career she ran a studio in Murnau . After the end of her sports career in December 1989, she worked as a personal trainer in Munich . Today she owns seven fitness studios in Grafing , Wasserburg , Brunnthal , Munich, Bruckmühl , Bad Aibling and Gunzenhausen which are bundled under the brand name Speedfitness and one in Ebersberg under the name Fit for Friends. In 2015 she opened a back center in Ebersberg, which she rounded off with the opening of a physiotherapy center in Ebersberg in 2016. The German Bodybuilding and Fitness Association (DBFV) accepted her into its Hall of Fame in 2010 .
