Ricardo Oscar Faifer
Ricardo Oscar Faifer (born September 4, 1940 in Urdinarrain , Entre Ríos Province , Argentina ) is Bishop Emeritus of Goya .
Life
Ricardo Oscar Faifer received on 15 August 1964, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On October 10, 2002, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Goya. The bishop of Gualeguaychú , Luis Guillermo Eichhorn , donated him episcopal ordination on December 12th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Quilmes , Luis Teodorico Stöckler , and the Archbishop of Paraná , Estanislao Esteban Karlic .
On September 24, 2015, Pope Francis accepted Ricardo Oscar Faifer's resignation due to reasons of age.
