Richard Berry (born July 31, 1950 in Paris ) is a French actor , director and singer.

Life

Jean-Laurent Cochet's drama student is a member of the Comédie-Française . His breakthrough in film came in 1978 when he was an adolescent lover of Anouk Aimée in My First Love . In the cinema he is mainly used as a lover, he played his most famous roles in Jacques Demy's A Room in the City , Michel Vianey's A Murderer Walks By and in Bob Swaim's La Balance . For his portrayal of Adam Leibovich in Christine Pascal's The Flight of the Butterfly , he was nominated in 1993 for a César in the category of best leading actor.
