Richard Trenkwalder
Richard Trenkwalder (born May 25, 1948 in Wartberg im Mürz Valley ; † July 12, 2015 ) was an Austrian entrepreneur .
Life
After graduating from the Technical College for Mechanical Engineering, Richard Trenkwalder left Austria for several years in order to gain international professional experience in industrial plant engineering at large engineering firms such as “Comprimo” in Amsterdam or “Lumus” in New York. In the course of his stays abroad, Richard Trenkwalder got to know the "personnel provision" business area, which was already established in Holland, England and Scandinavia. After his return he initially worked as a technical draftsman for a Viennese engineering office, which leased him to the refinery of the Austrian Mineral Oil Administration in Schwechat. At that time, this branch was still practically unknown in Austria. Trenkwalder saw a new market, especially in the combination of engineering services and provision of personnel, and in 1985 decided to become an independent entrepreneur in this area under the name of Trenkwalder Engineering and to hire out workers.
In 1988 he founded Trenkwalder Personaldienste AG. The international branches of the company began with Slovakia in 1992, which became Trenkwalder Personalleasing in 1995 and Trenkwalder International AG in summer 2007 . In Austria the company became the leading personnel service provider.
In recognition of his entrepreneurial success, Richard Trenkwalder was nominated as Austrian of the Year by the daily newspaper Die Presse in 2005 in the “Economy” category. In the spring of 2006 he was awarded the title of Commercial Councilor by the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce . In October 2007, a jury of experts named Richard Trenkwalder “Entrepreneur of the Year” and in April 2008 Richard Trenkwalder was awarded an honorary doctorate for his entrepreneurial achievements on the European job market. hc grant.
Richard Trenkwalder died on July 12, 2015 after a long, serious illness.

In 2001 Trenkwalder became president of ASK Schwadorf , a first class East association at that time in Lower Austria . By 2007, the club made it to the first division , the second highest Austrian division. In November 2007 Trenkwalder announced the renaming of the club in FC trenkwalder Admira . As of March 2008, ASK , who moved from Schwadorf to Mödling, played under this name in the first division, at the same time a new club called Sportklub Schwadorf was founded in 1936 as a rescue club for the former Schwadorfer's amateur team.
Since the 2008/09 season Trenkwalder operated Admira's promotion to the Bundesliga, which was achieved in the 2010/11 season .
In Germany he supported the soccer club TSV 1860 Munich as a shirt sponsor in the 2007/08 and 2008/09 seasons.
