Right Now is the debut song of the British pop - girl group Atomic Kitten . The song is also listed first on their debut album of the same name. From Right Now , there are two versions, as the band member Kerry Katona because of their pregnancy in the summer of 2001 by the former Precious - singer Jenny Frost was replaced.

2004 version

When Atomic Kitten took a break in 2004, they released an updated version of the track on the single Someone Like Me as a kind of "parting gift" for their fans. Right Now 2004 was released on their Greatest Hits compilation album, with Someone Like Me appearing on their third studio album, Ladies Night , the year before .

While the 1999 original version is a disco pop song in the style of the 1990s, the 2004 counterpart differs significantly as it is more based on the dance songs of the early 2000s.
