Natasha Hamilton
Natasha "Tash" Maria Hamilton (born July 17, 1982 in Liverpool , Merseyside ) is a British pop and R&B singer , songwriter , dancer and stage actress . She has been a member of the British pop girl group Atomic Kitten since 1999 .
Life
Natasha Hamilton grew up in Kensington, Liverpool, and began singing with the Starlight Show Group at the age of twelve. She was inspired by Marvin Gaye , Barry White and Quincy Jones .
Atomic kitten
After founding member Heidi Range left the band, Hamilton was offered to replace them. She finally joined Atomic Kitten in May 1999. After the release of the third album Ladies Night , Hamilton, Liz McClarnon and Jenny Frost decided to take a break in 2004. In 2005, 2006 and 2008 there were brief reunions for the publication of charity songs. At the beginning of 2012, plans for a reunion were announced, which were later rejected because of the differences between Frost and Katona. In the end, however, the reunion came about when Atomic Kitten took part in the documentary The Big Reunion , broadcast by British broadcaster ITV2 in early 2013 . The cast, however, brought about a change with Katona instead of Frost. On March 28, 2013, Hamilton announced that Frost would be welcome for a comeback anytime.
Solo career
Hamilton wanted to release her first solo album in the summer of 2005, but it was still not released. In September 2007 she released her first solo single called Round and Round , and in 2010 her second called Ms Emotional . From August to September 2015, she took part in the 16th season of the British version of Celebrity Big Brother and reached third place in the final.
Personal
In April 2002, Hamilton announced her first pregnancy . She still appeared in the Atomic Kitten video for The Tide Is High and their 2002 tour. Finally, she gave birth to a son on August 24, 2002 and suffered postpartum depression afterwards . They separated from the child's father, Fran Cosgrave, - an Irish nightclub owner and former bodyguard of the Irish boy band Westlife - in January 2003.
Hamilton gave birth to their second son on December 31, 2004. The child's father is the dancer Gavin Hatcher, from whom they separated in July 2005.
In August 2005, Hamilton entered into a liaison with Cosgrave for the second time and separated from him again in February 2006.
On November 23, 2007, Hamilton - in the presence of McClarnon and Frost - married the restaurant owner Riad Erraji in Crewe Hall in Cheshire . She became pregnant for the third time in January 2008, but suffered a miscarriage in the sixth week of pregnancy . She gave birth to her third son on June 14, 2010. In July 2013, she announced the split from Erraji.
In September 2014, Hamilton gave birth to their first daughter. Father is the 5ive singer Ritchie Neville, with whom she was dating from 2013 to 2016.
Hamilton has been in a relationship with Charles Gay since 2017.
