Risto Kalevi Punkka (born March 19, 1957 in Lemi , † July 22, 2014 ) was a Finnish biathlete .

His best result achieved Punkka in the 1983/84 season with a second place in the sprint in Falun . He took part in the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo and reached a 34th place in the sprint. At the 1983 World Championships in Ruhpolding , he reached a 5th place together with Tapio Piipponen , Erkki Antila and Toivo Mäkykyro . With a 16th place in the sprint, he also achieved his best individual result at the world championships there.
