history

In 1954 the brothers Heinrich and Walter Schulz founded a craft business for electrical installations in Visbek. After Walter left the business in 1961, Heinrich Schulz continued to run the business on his own. He began building electrical systems in the agricultural sector and in 1970 developed the first control system for animal nutrition. With the advent of the programmable logic controller (PLC) at the end of the 1970s, software became a part of electrical engineering and revolutionized electrical system construction. In order to make itself more independent from the agricultural industry, the company also used the acquired know-how in other areas and continuously developed it from the 1980s onwards. In the meantime his son Tobias Schulz has taken over the operative business.
