Robert Oltay
Robert Oltay (born June 5, 1961 in Aachen ) is an Austrian graphic artist and painter .
Life
Robert Oltay lives and works in Linz in Upper Austria . He studied at the University for Artistic and Industrial Design in Linz , master class painting and graphics. Since his diploma in 1986 he has been working as a freelance painter and graphic artist and a member of the Upper Austrian Art Association . From 2000 to 2012 he was President of the Professional Association of Visual Artists Upper Austria .

Prices
During his art studies he received the talent promotion award of the state of Upper Austria for painting and graphics in 1983 . In 1989 he was awarded the 1st prize of the Dr. Ernst Koref Foundation . At the 22nd Austrian graphics competition in Innsbruck in 1991 he was awarded the Prize of the State of Styria . The culture ring of the Upper Austrian economy honored him in 1996 and 2000 and in 2001 he was honored with the Upper Austrian Art Promotion Prize of the Upper Austrian Insurance Company .
