The Romanée is a river in France that runs in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region . It rises in the Morvan Regional Nature Park , in the municipality of Saint-Didier , generally drains in a north-westerly direction and, after 26 kilometers, flows into the Cousin as a right tributary in the municipality of Cussy-les-Forges . On its way, the Romanée crosses the Côte-d'Or and Yonne departments .
