Rosemary Forsyth
Rosemary Forsyth (born July 6, 1943 in Montreal , Canada ) is an American actress .
Life
Rosemary Forsyth worked as a model for a while before making her actress debut on an episode of the Route 66 television series in 1963 . She made her screen debut in 1965 with the two films The Man from the Great River and The Normans Come . Just one year later she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Young Actress.
She received US citizenship in 1965 at the age of 22. On June 28, 1966, she married the actor Michael Tolan , with whom they had a daughter. In order to take care of the child, she temporarily withdrew from acting. The marriage failed and was divorced in February 1970. At that time she was already dating the actor David Janssen . After this relationship broke up, Forsyth was married twice, to horse breeder Ron Waranch (1972–1975) and Alan Skip 'Horwits' (1980–1983).
