Roy Peter Link (2009)

Roy Peter Link (born June 9, 1982 in Cologne ), former pseudonym Roy Peter Marino, is a German actor .

Life

Link grew up in the Münsterland in Ahaus-Wessum and moved to Cologne, where he did smaller jobs. Without being a trained actor, he got his first television role as Jochen in Bravo TV . Soon thereafter the roles of Ron Steiger in Marienhof and Gabriel in Schoolgirls followed . He also made a few short films . In 2005, he played the role of Alexander Aschenberg for several months in the RTL Soap Unter uns .

From November 6, 2006 to June 12, 2008 he was seen in the telenovela Rote Rosen as Hans-Karl “Hacki” von Attendorn. In Anna und die Liebe he played the male lead Jonas Broda from August 2008 to March 2010 alongside Jeanette Biedermann . From October 2010 he was seen again in this role. In November 2010 his character died the serial death, from then on it appeared as a ghost of a kind of "intermediate world". Link left the series in February 2011.

From May 2012 to January 2015, Link played in the television series In All Friendship as Dr. Niklas Ahrend one of the leading roles.

In the fairy tale film From someone who set out to learn to be afraid (2014), Link played Caspar, Michel's brother, who wants to learn to be afraid.

From 2015 he played Dr. Niklas Ahrend, one of the leading roles, in the doctor series In allerfreund - The young doctors , which is a spin-off from In aller Freund . On December 19, 2018, it was announced that he would be leaving the series. The last episode with him aired in May 2019.
