action
The general manager of the Siethoff hotel group Markus Winter travels to Vietnam . He not only wants to inspect his luxury hotel The Nam Hai in Hoi An , but also initiate the construction of a new hotel complex. According to Markus' plans, this new facility should set ecological standards and leave the nature of Vietnam as untouched as possible. However, the acquisition of the land intended for this is not yet dry. At Đà Nẵng airport, Markus meets the attractive Nora Mäder, who has booked a stay at the Siethoff Group's resort. Nora, however, is not a harmless tourist; she was hired by a Chinese hotel chain to scout out Markus' plans and dispute him for the property. In the course of the episode, Nora gets to know and appreciate Markus better. When she witnesses him caring for an abandoned Vietnamese baby, she remorsefully switches sides.
The vacationer Fabian accidentally overhears that the blind date of the tourist Susanne with her internet acquaintance Guido falls through. Since he likes Susanne very much right away, he pretends to be Guido and claims to want to surprise her. As a result, both spend a few nice days together and soon find each other more than sympathetic. But Susanne gradually realizes that Fabian is missing some qualities that she expected from Guido. For example, he is relatively unsportsmanlike and doesn't speak a word of Vietnamese. Fabian misses several favorable opportunities to confess until Susanne discovers the fraud. Disappointed, she dumps Fabian and he has to come up with a few ideas to win her heart back.
