Dr. Philipp Brentano is a doctor on duty during the race on the Scheibenholz racecourse in Leipzig. Upon admission, Dr. Ahrend will take care of the patient as the doctor on duty, but Dr. Brentano is against it because it is his patient. During the ultrasound, he finds that the hematoma has enlarged, but everything is fine with the baby. Since Arzu has come to the clinic with Max in the meantime, Dr. Brentano briefly away from his patient to take care of his son. Dr. Ahrend has already examined and diagnosed him, which Dr. Brentano of course doesn't fit. When he heard of the diagnosis, he had to confess to his daughter that her mother died of uterine cancer and not - as Daniela previously assumed - when she was born.

Charlotte Gauss won the horse race and therefore invites Barbara, Ms. Marquardt, Dr. Kaminski and Gesundheitsdezernet Straub for a drink. As with the award ceremony, Straub is suddenly in pain and has to go to the toilet. Dr. Kaminski suspects that something is wrong and should be right. Ulrich Seibel gets in touch with Dr. Brentano, who has to hold him off because Daniela has not yet arrived at the clinic. She passed out on the way, which is why Falk stopped. Dr. Heilmann and Dr. Globally support him in the charade. The next time Seibel calls, Daniela is still not in the operating room. But that's when it arrives. She demands that her father bring Max back first before she has an operation. Her father collapses in cardiogenic shock.
