Sárazsadány is a Hungarian community in the county Sárospatak in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén .
Geographical location
Sárazsadány is located in northern Hungary , 63 kilometers northeast of the Miskolc county seat , on the right bank of the Bodrog River . Neighboring communities are Vámosújfalu five kilometers away and Bodrogolaszi three kilometers away. The next town, Sárospatak, is nine kilometers northeast of Sárazsadány.
history
The municipality Sárazsadány was created in 1949 by merging the places Bodrogsára and Bodrogzsadány .
