The Sedelle (sometimes also: Sédelle ) is a river in France that runs in the Creuse department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the northwest corner of the municipality of Lizières , initially drains in its upper reaches in a southerly direction, then curves over west to north and crosses the small town of La Souterraine . From then on, it generally stays in a north-easterly direction, crosses an increasingly sparsely populated area and flows into the Creuse as a left tributary after 38 kilometers in the municipal area of Crozant in the reservoir area of the Barrage d'Éguzon .
