The SKK Neftechimik ( Russian : Нефтехимик (спортивно-культурный комплекс) , sports and cultural complex Neftechimik ) is an ice rink in Nizhnekamsk , Russia . The venue is the venue for the home games of Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk from the Continental Hockey League .

history

The SKK Neftechimik, which opened in 2005, is mainly used for ice hockey games. The ice hockey club Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk from the Continental Hockey League has played its home games in the stadium since it opened. The arena replaced the former Nizhnekamsk Ice Palace , in the immediate vicinity of which the new sports complex was built. In addition to ice hockey games, the building also serves as a concert hall.
