Saint-Marc is a village at 828-1051 meters above sea level in the Massif Central in France . She formerly independent municipality with a municipal area of 8.78 square kilometers and today's commune Déléguée is in the Region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes , in Cantal , in the district of Saint-Flour and in Canton Neuvéglise . With effect from January 1, 2016, it was merged with Saint-Just , Loubaresse and Faverolles to form the Commune nouvelle Val d'Arcomie . Neighboring towns are Faverolles in the west, Loubaresse in the north, Albaret-Sainte-Marie in the east, Saint-Just in the south and Albaret-le-Comtal in the southwest.
