Saint-Martin-sur-Ocre is a commune déléguée in the commune of Le Val d'Ocre with 53 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Yonne department in the region in the new region of Burgundy-Franche-Comté . The inhabitants are called Ocrimartinois .

The municipality of Saint-Martin-sur-Ocre was on 1 January 2016 with the municipality of Saint-Aubin-Château-Neuf to commune nouvelle Le Val d'Ocre together. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The commune of Saint-Martin-sur-Ocre belonged to the canton of Charny (until 2015 Aillant-sur-Tholon ) and the arrondissement of Auxerre .
