Saint-Pancrasse is a town and commune Déléguée in the French community Plateau des Petites-Roches with 484 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The inhabitants are called Pancrassiens .

The municipality of Saint-Pancrasse merged with Saint-Hilaire and Saint-Bernard on January 1, 2019 to form the Commune nouvelle Plateau-des-Petites-Roches. It belonged to the Arrondissement of Grenoble and the canton of Le Moyen Grésivaudan (until 2015: Canton Le Touvet ).

Saint-Pancrasse is located in the Grésivaudan and Chartreuse mountains . The municipality of Saint-Pancrasse was surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse in the north and west, Saint-Hilaire in the northeast, Crolles in the east and southeast, Bernin in the south and Saint-Nazaire-les-Eymes in the south and southwest.
