Salıpazarı is a city in the northern Turkish province of Samsun .
It forms the center of the district of the same name . The city is located at the foot of the Pontic Mountains 20 km southwest of Terme and 20 km southeast of Çarşamba . The provincial capital Samsun is located 60 km west-northwest of Salıpazarı. The Terme Çayı River flows through the city .
