Sandra Weckert
Sandra Weckert (born April 2, 1973 in Waren (Müritz) ) is a German jazz musician (saxophone, composition), team and organizational developer.
Weckert received classical violin and piano lessons and initially played in the local string trio, followed by the string orchestra and symphony orchestra. At the age of 16 she got to know jazz; soon afterwards she learned autodidactically alto saxophone . Although she was not given access to training at the music college, she recorded several eclectic albums, some of which were critically acclaimed. She translates her experiences from her own jazz bands into a team building method. She also composed music for children's radio plays by Martin Baltscheit ( Major Dux with Bill Ramsey ) and Lorenz Pauli / Kathrin Schärer ( brave and courageous ), the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus and the Neukölln Opera .
