Sarif Sainui ( Thai : ซา รี ฟ สาย นุ้ย , born April 15, 1980 in Krabi Province ) is a Thai soccer player.
Career
society
Sarif already played for the club in his youth, at that time under the old club name FC Bangkok University . In 2002 he moved to the senior team and scored 22 goals in 42 games. He then moved to Malaysia for two seasons at Kelantan TNB in 2005 , before returning to Bangkok in 2007 . From 2007 to 2010 he played 80 games for the club. In 2011 he moved to Buriram to Buriram United . With the club he became champion and cup winner. After 13 games, he went back to Bangkok in 2013, where he joined the league rivals BEC Tero Sasana FC . After a year he moved to also in the Thai Premier League playing Samut Songkhram FC to Samut Songkhram . For Samut he was on the field 27 times by mid-2015. For the second half of 2015 he signed a contract with second division Angthong FC . After the end of the second half of the season he ended his career as a football player.
National team
For the Thai national soccer team he has been in the squad several times, but has hardly been used so far. In 2004 Thailand participated in both the King's Cup and the ASEAN football championships . He also scored his only goal in the national team to date at the ASEAN championship. In the friendly against Germany on December 21, 2004, he was in the starting line-up.

From 2016 to 2017 he was assistant coach at the second division Angthong FC in Angthong . He assisted the German trainer Daniel Geiger and his successor, the Thai Yoddanai Narktabtim . Since 2018 he has been an assistant coach in Bangkok for the first division club Bangkok United . Here he assists the Brazilian Alexandré Pölking .
