Sascha Schäfke

Sascha Schäfke (born July 4, 1974 ) is a German actor , author , director , filmmaker and artist .

Life

Sascha Schäfke studied acting, first from 1997 to 1999 at the University of Music and Performing Arts Hamburg , then from 1999 to 2002 at the University of Film and Television "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam . From 2003 to 2008 he completed an art degree (subject: fine art) at the Hamburg University of Fine Arts . He graduated with a diploma in 2008.

Schäfke had theater engagements at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg (1998; in the world premiere of Pasolini: Das Testament des Körper , directed by Johann Kresnik ), at the KunsthausTacheles in Berlin (2000; as Alex in A Clockwork Orange ) and at the Schauspielhaus Kiel (2003; as Cosmo in The Disney Killer by Philip Ridley ). From January 2013 to 2015 Schäfke was the main actor and director of the comedy series Crème brûlée on Kampnagel .

As an actor, Schäfke initially worked in short films; later he mainly worked in television films and series. He had u. a. Episodic roles in the television series Bronski and Bernstein (2001; as Angelas Lover André), Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei (2006; as security guard Jörg Riedel), Die Rettungsflieger (2007), Notruf Hafenkante (2009; as a secondhand goods dealer and illegal dog seller Alf Lüders ), SOKO Wismar (2009), Die Pfefferkörner (2014; as a counterfeiter) and Coast Guard (2015; as "The Haifisch").

In November 2014 Schäfke was seen again in an episode role in the ZDF series SOKO Wismar ; he played the professional driver and jealous husband Patrick Rotendorf.

In 2015 he presented the no-budget film Beyond Edel . With his own band “St. Michael Front ”he was also responsible for the soundtrack. The film was also shown in the ARD media library .

Schäfke also works as a voice actor . He lives in Hamburg .
