Schörzingen had a local nobility from the 13th to the 15th century . The village belonged to the County of Hohenberg and was sold to Austria in 1381 . Schörzingen was initially subordinate to the Obervogteiamt Fridingen and from 1688 to the Obervogteiamt Spaichingen . In 1805 the place became part of Württemberg and became part of the Spaichingen District Office and in 1938 it became part of the Rottweil district . On February 1, 1973 Schörzingen came to the city of Schömberg.
