Schadneramt is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Gresten-Land in the Scheibbs district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 155 building areas with 70,324 m² and 126 gardens on 407,184 m² in the cadastral community of Schadneramt , in 1989/1990 there were 149 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 317 and in 2009/2010 there were 281 buildings on 430 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 1,026 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 819 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 953 hectares and 919 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 897 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 942 hectares. The average soil climate number in Schadneramt is 21.1 (as of 2010).
