The Shakwa ( Russian Ша́ква ) is a right tributary of the Sylwa in the catchment area of the Kama in the Russian region of Perm .

The Shakwa has its source in the western foothills of the Middle Urals . It flows mainly in a south-westerly direction. It flows north past Berjosowka and finally flows into the Sylwa on the northern outskirts of Kungur .

The Shakwa has a length of 167 km. It drains an area of ​​1580 km². It is mainly fed by the snowmelt .
