Sharp shots in Jamaica is a German-Italian-Spanish action and agent film from 1965 with the Americans Larry Pennell and Brad Harris in the leading roles.
action
Once the felon Elmer Hayes was sentenced to death. But he managed to escape, and he settled in Jamaica , where he and his gang built up a large gun slide ring to get revenge on the USA. He wants to start numerous revolutions on America's doorstep that could damage his homeland. Washington has also got wind of this and, after a US agent investigating the matter has disappeared without a trace, sends its “best man”, FBI agent Ken Stewart. This is a mixture of a smart womanizer and a beating and shooting predator who never misses the opportunity to look like a second James Bond.
He is joined by the sporty secret agent Captain Mike Jefferson, who also never avoids a fight. In this regard, both get a lot to do in the Caribbean, where they are supposed to find out specifically who is supplying the rebels of Santo Domingo with weapons. The entertaining flirtation is also not neglected, especially since Stewart takes a liking to the brunette Lana, who, however, is soon in extreme danger and is overwhelmed by her help. When the busty, blonde gangster lover tries to unpack Gloria, she is shot from behind at the swimming pool and dies in Ken's arms. Finally, the gang is settled and the smuggler's ship finally blows up.

Reviews
“The color film shot with international forces… has picked up everything that is currently on the market in terms of common ingredients for the agent film genre. But it's made miserable, implausible, bland and boring. Some beautiful shots from Jamaica and the demonic eyes of the current film villain on duty, Wolfgang Kieling, do not comfort this. "
In the lexicon of international films it says: "Weakly staged agent film in James Bond style."
On cinema.online it was said briefly: "Junk food from the C-film kitchen."
