Scheibbsbach is a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Scheibbs in the district of Scheibbs in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 137 building areas with 45,478 m² and 66 gardens on 91,447 m² in the cadastral community Scheibbsbach , in 1989/1990 there were 218 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 571 and in 2009/2010 there were 368 buildings on 703 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 608 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 185 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 617 hectares and 190 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 596 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 185 hectares. Scheibbsbach's average soil climate number is 26.1 (as of 2010).
