Brandstatt is a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Scheibbs in the district of Scheibbs in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 225 building areas with 72,207 m² and 140 gardens on 178,405 m² in the cadastral community of Brandstatt , in 1989/1990 there were 222 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 521 and in 2009/2010 there were 276 buildings on 526 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 760 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 515 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 687 hectares and 544 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 672 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 545 hectares. The average soil climate number of Brandstatt is 26.7 (as of 2010).
