Schlimpfhof is a district of the Oberthulba market in the Bad Kissingen district in Bavaria.
Geographical location
Schlimpfhof is located north of Oberthulba.
KG 18 , which runs through Schlimpfhof , runs in a north-westerly direction to Hassenbach and in a south-east direction to Albertshausen , a district of Bad Kissingen .
history
In the area of today's Schlimpfhof was a place called "Hussmannsrode", which was mentioned for the first time in 1231 and was desolate around 1400.
From its foundation until 1557, the feudal right to Schlimpfhof was in the hands of the Frauenroth monastery ; until 1672 the place belonged to the parish of Oberthulba .
The two churches in the village were built at the end of the 17th century (old church) and 1975 (new church).
On July 1, 1972 Schlimpfhof was incorporated into Oberthulba as part of the municipal reform.

- "Thousand-year-old oak" at the fire station with a chest height of 7.45 m (2019). Their actual age is 400–500 years
