Gunshot to Death is an American thriller from 1974 directed by Robert Butler . The film was originally released as both The Ultimate Thrill and Ultimate Chase .
action
Roland Parlay is a successful, but also risk-taking businessman who is married to the beautiful Michele. She is loyal to him and would never betray him, which he is also aware of. But he also loves the bizarre game that he regards anyone who finds his wife interesting as a potential lover, which is why he wants to hunt and kill her. And so he invites his latest victim, Joe, to a ski trip to the Rocky Mountains , where he kills him after a wild hunt.
criticism
“Thriller that, heavy with meaning, rolls out trifles into a pseudodrama about human alienation and dullness. Staged quite routinely, he uses beautiful landscape shots to hide numerous lengths and improbabilities. "
