Schwarzenbach an der Gölsen is a locality and, as Schwarzenbach, a cadastral municipality of the municipality of St. Veit an der Gölsen in the Lilienfeld district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 81 building areas with 68,778 m² and 107 gardens on 399,638 m² in the cadastral community of Schwarzenbach , in 1989/1990 there were 83 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 302 and in 2009/2010 there were 181 buildings on 298 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 728 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 535 hectares were forest-managed forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 708 hectares and 579 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 698 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 569 hectares. Schwarzenbach's average soil climate number is 27.3 (as of 2010).
