The Schweinsgraben is a five kilometer long left tributary of the Merkenfritzerbach in the Hessian Wetteraukreis .

The Schweinsgraben rises southwest of the Gedern district of Ober-Seemen at an altitude of about 396 m above sea level. NN in a meadow. It first runs about four hundred meters west through grassland, then crosses a small coniferous forest and then flows through fields and meadows, with two small ditches running towards it on its left. The Schweinsgraben now crosses under the L 3184 ( Weningser Straße ) and then changes direction to the south-west south of a basalt quarry .
Shortly after he has been strengthened on his left by another small field ditch, he passes through the small Schweinsgrabenweiher on the eastern edge of a mixed forest . The Schweinsgraben then moves on the southern edge of the forest through farmland and then moves through the Soderwald , where it briefly divides into two arms that flow together again after about four hundred meters.
After leaving the forest behind, his longest tributary reaches him on his left. The Schweinsgraben then flows again on the southern edge of the forest through fields and meadows. It now reaches the eastern edge of the Hirzenhain district of Merkenfritz and shortly afterwards finally flows north of the local Liebfrauenstrasse at an altitude of about 273 m above sea level.
