course

The Schwimbach rises northwest of Schwimbach and flows mainly in a southerly direction. Soon he is crossing this place with the same name. About one kilometer after the end of the village, shortly after a pond in the stream, the Kerlingbach flows from the northwest. Below Appenstetten on the left slope is another pond on the right of the run. Shortly after the Thalmässing sewage treatment plant, the Schwimbach crosses into the flat Thalach floodplain and, after half a kilometer, flows eastwards almost parallel to it, a few steps before the road bridge between Aue on this side and Kochsmühle on the other side, into the Thalach .
