Sebastian Asch (born June 4, 1986 in Tübingen ) is a German racing driver .

Career

Sebastian Asch is the son of Roland Asch . He started his driving career in slalom sport. He soon drove his first circuits, initially in the Ford Fiesta ST Cup for the TLM Team Lauderbach as part of the Beru TOP 10 , in the same year he also took part in several races of the VLN endurance championship. From 2005 to 2007 he was a driver in the German SEAT León Supercopa . In 2007, his own team, Team Asch Motorsport, became runner-up in the overall standings and also won the junior champion title. From 2011 to 2013 he drove for the FALKEN Motorsports team in the Porsche 997 GT3 R in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring and in the VLN endurance championship Nürburgring .

In 2012 Sebastian Asch and Maximilian Götz won the ADAC GT Masters Championship 2012 for the kfzteil24 MS Racing Team in a Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 , with only one win of the season. In 2013, however, he drove again for MS Racing in an Audi R8 LMS ultra. In the 2014 ADAC GT Masters season he drove again in a Porsche 911 GT3 R, but this time with Philipp Frommenwiler from Switzerland for the Farnbacher Racing team. In 2015, Sebastian Asch won the ADAC GT Masters championship for the second time in a Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 for Zakspeed together with his driver colleague Luca Ludwig . He is the first driver to win the ADAC GT Masters championship twice.
