Sebastian Opderbeck (born August 14, 1986 in Hamburg ) is a German handball trainer and former handball player .

Career

Sebastian Opderbeck started with handball at VfL Pinneberg . He later played for TSV Ellerbek , for which he played in the 2004/05 season in the regional handball league. From 2004, the 1.89 meter tall backcourt player also played due to a second game right in the handball Bundesliga at HSV Hamburg , with which he won the DHB Cup in 2006. Since the 2006/07 season he has been under contract with the second division TSV Altenholz . There he ended his playing career after the 2013/14 season and was assistant coach to Klaus-Dieter Petersen in the 2014/15 season .

Opderbeck played for the German national youth team, with which he took part in the 2004 European Youth Championship in Serbia and Montenegro .
