action

A ringmaster would rather have pigs than bears in his mind and swap them with another ringmaster. At the same time he dismisses the clown Cibulka (in the FRG dubbing onion ), who normally worked with the bears. From then on, Cibulka worked in a school, albeit disguised as a woman. When the bears run away on the transport, they come to his new place of work and cause chaos there. And that although the school inspector has just announced himself.
