The brook begins as an outflow of the Seemösl near the Thumsee and runs along state road 2101 to Karlstein . There the Seebach flows near the Staufenstrasse and the Schönauer Weg to the Nonner Unterland, where it joins the Hammerbach near the Hainbuchenplatz and is then called Hosewasch .
