The Sehma is a right tributary of the Zschopau in Saxony.

It arises from the two source streams White Sehma and Rote Sehma .
- The White Sehma rises in the Ore Mountains on the Fichtelberg (1214 m) and flows northwards parallel to the Zschopau .
- Above Neudorf it takes on the Rote Sehma coming from Kretscham-Rothensehma and flowing into the right .
The Sehma flows in the main direction to the north. In the middle of the local area of Cranzahl, the Lampertsbach , which is dammed in the Cranzahl dam, flows into the Sehma from the right. The Sehma flows into the Zschopau near Wiesa .
places
The elongated places Neudorf, Cranzahl and Sehma , belonging to the municipality of Sehmatal , extend in the valley of the united Sehma . In the twin town of Annaberg-Buchholz , it separates the districts of Buchholz (west) and Annaberg (east), which were independent cities until 1945. Frohnau with the famous Frohnauer Hammer is also in the Sehmatal . The Sehma flows into the Zschopau above Wiesa.
