The Seichereck is a horizontal section in the northwest ridge of the Rauheck, southwest above the Eissee, with the altitude points 2,044 m and 2,028 m. It is almost exactly between the Rauheck and the Älpelesattel .

The Seichereck can be reached on marked trails. At the Seichereck, the descent to the Eissee branches off on the path from the Kemptner Hütte to the Prinz-Luitpold-Haus . Another, arduous ascent is possible from the Älpelesattel .
