Selma Lagerlöf Prize
The Selma Lagerlöf Prize is a literary prize endowed with 100,000 Swedish kronor , which has been awarded annually since 1984 by the “Selma Lagerlöf Literature Prize” foundation in Sunne in Värmland . The award ceremony will take place in connection with the culture week in Sunne on August 13th. The authors to be honored are selected by a jury made up of writers, cultural journalists and literary scholars. It honors writers who keep Selma Lagerlöf's tradition alive.
