Sergei Rostislawowitsch Fokitschew ( Russian Сергей Ростиславович Фокичев ; born February 4, 1963 in Tscherepowez ) is a former Russian speed skater .

He won the gold medal over 500 meters at the 1984 Olympic Games in Sarajevo .

Four years later he finished fourth over 500 meters at the 1988 Olympics in Calgary .
