Sesalac ( Cyrillic : Сесалац) is a village in Serbia .

The village is located in the Opština Sokobanja , in the Okrug Zaječar , in the east of the country. The place is 517 m above sea level and had a population of 347 in 2002, while in 1991 it was 488, according to the last three population statistics, the population continues to fall. The population of Poružnica is made up of Orthodox Serbs. The village consists of 128 households. Sesalac is about 15 km east of the eastern Serbian spa town of Sokobanja , and nearby is the Sesalačka pećina cave , where some prehistoric finds show that the area was inhabited as early as the Stone Age.
