Benjamin Musga (born October 3, 1982 in Dinslaken ) is a German ice hockey player who has been under contract with Moskitos Essen from the major league since 2011 .

Career

Musga completed his first two seasons in the senior division from 2001 to 2003 with Moskitos Essen before moving to EHC Dortmund during the 2002/03 season. In the following season he went for the Herner EG in the Regionalliga on the ice and just missed promotion to the league with Herne as second in the final round .

From 2004 to 2006 Musga played for two years with the Revierlöwen Oberhausen in the league and after the Revierlöwen went bankrupt, he joined the ESV Hügelsheim . After he had spent the 2007/08 season with the Nijmegen Devils in the highest Dutch league, the Eredivisie , he returned to Germany in 2008 and played a season in his hometown with the Dinslaken Kobras . In the 2009/10 season he was under contract with the Ratinger Ice Aliens before returning to Herne in 2010, where he went on the ice for a season in the major league.

In summer 2011 he signed a contract with Moskitos Essen, where he had already worked in the youth sector in previous years.
