The championship team of EC Bad Nauheim 1b could not exercise their right of promotion, because the A license team of EC Bad Nauheim had to file for bankruptcy and restarted in the Regionalliga Hessen. Thus, the 1b team was downgraded to the fifth class Hessen League. After the season, the teams of Eintracht Frankfurt, ERC Pohlheim and Frankfurter Eisteufel withdrew their playing rights and competed in the Hessenliga in the coming season.
