Trubarevac ( Cyrillic : Трубаревац) is a village in Serbia .

The village is located in the Opština Sokobanja , in the Okrug Zaječar , in the east of the country. The place is 264 m above sea level. Trubarevac had a population of 617 in 2002, compared to 751 in 1991. According to the last three population statistics, the number of inhabitants continues to fall. The majority of the population of Trubarevac are Orthodox Serbs and a minority of Orthodox Roma . The village consists of 169 households. Trubarevac is around 12 km from the eastern Serbian spa town of Sokobanja . The artificial swimming lake Bovansko Jezero is located near Trubarevac .
