Siegfried Kilian

Siegfried Kilian (born November 6, 1928 in Berlin ; † September 27, 1983 there ) was a German actor who gained fame primarily through his film roles in DEFA and DFF film and television productions . He was also a voice actor and theater actor at the Berliner Ensemble .

life and work

After completing his acting training, Kilian gained his first stage experience at various stages before he received an engagement at the Berliner Ensemble in 1958 , to which he belonged for 25 years. Parallel to his work at the theater, he has also worked in film and television productions for DEFA and DFF since 1956 and as a voice actor for Yuri Jakowlew in Anna Karenina (1967).
