The 'Sirius' rose variety is an apricot-colored to creamy-white flowering small shrub rose that was bred by Hans Jürgen Evers in 2005 and launched on the market by Rosen Tantau in 2013 . The rose has received numerous national and international awards at rose shows. In 2013 she was awarded the ADR Rose (ADR 1026) rating .

The 'Sirius' rose variety forms a compact, bushy shrub . The rose plant is about 70 cm to a maximum of 120 cm high and 80 cm wide. This remounting shrub rose is robust and hardy . It blooms continuously from June to October and is resistant to the well-known rose diseases .
The flowers are arranged in small, densely branched, golden inflorescences . The flower buds appear light pink with an apricot shade and yellow undertones. Later the bud opens into a flat, bowl-shaped, pure white flower. The 6 to 8 centimeters large, semi-double flowers are formed from 17 to 25 petals . The yellow-orange stamens are visible in the yellow center of the flower . The 'Sirius' rose has large, glossy dark green leaves. The 'Sirius' rose variety is characterized by a light, mild fragrance.
The 'Sirius' thrives on loamy - humus soil in sunny to partially shaded locations. It is suitable for area planting , for mixed planting in romantic shrub gardens and in small groups for planting rose beds. The 'Sirius' rose variety is shown in numerous rosariums , gardens and in the ADR test gardens , including in the Europa-Rosarium Sangerhausen in the German Rosarium Dortmund as well as in the Rosengarten Dresden and in the rose garden on the Isar in Munich .
