The 2019/20 season was the twentieth season of the European Skeleton Cup , which is organized and hosted by the IBSF . Together with the Intercontinental Cup 2019/20 and the North American Cup 2019/20, this racing series is part of the substructure of the World Cup 2019/20 . The results of the eight races of the season at five competition locations were included in the IBSF Skeleton Ranking 2019/20 .

In the women's category, Britt Amelia Coltman won the overall ranking of the European Cup ahead of Latvian Endija Tērauda . Third place in the overall standings went to Alina Tararytschenkowa , although she only took part in five out of eight races. This is only the third time in the history of the European Cup that a German skeleton pilot has made it onto the podium in the overall standings and, for the first time in history, all races were won by female skeleton pilots who do not start for Germany. In the men's category, the German Felix Seibel secured the overall victory. The Russian Vladislav Semenov and the Latvian Krists Netlaus , who won the European Cup in 2017/18 , followed in second and third place.
